50% deposit is required up front for all catering orders. If your event is within a week’s time we require payment in full. Delivery charges and taxes may apply.

On-Site Truck Requests
We love a party and would love to have OUR TRUCK on the scene at YOUR EVENT!
Availability depends on the time, location, and day of the week of the request. Due to our truck being in popular demand we require a $1,500 guaranteed minimum for all on-site truck catering events. Please consider our by the pan catering for smaller events.
We require a refundable $500 deposit to hold a date. No party is considered “booked” until the deposit is received and accepted. Deposits are strictly first come, first served. If sales for your event reach the guaranteed $1500 minimum, the $500 deposit will be refunded in full. If the guaranteed minimum is not met, the difference will be deducted from the deposit. If the amount due from not meeting the guaranteed minimum exceeds the $500 deposit, the balance will be due at the end of the event.
